• The general teaching is that incarnations change from male incarnation to female and vice versa. Can you clarify this point?
In this teaching from the Pathwork Guide, we explore how male and female incarnations relate to deeper spiritual development. While each being has a fundamental masculine or feminine nature, incarnating as the opposite sex may be necessary to restore inner balance.
This stems from an original “splitting” of unified consciousness, where qualities became unevenly distributed.
Experiencing both genders helps correct these imbalances over time. The goal is not to change one’s essence, but to harmonize all aspects of being.
Ultimately, both masculine (active) and feminine (receptive) principles are divine and meant to function in unity.
