This original Pathwork lecture deepens the understanding of how evil, free will, and the material world are interconnected within the larger Plan of Salvation. It explains that after the Fall, beings created worlds reflecting their distorted inner states, giving rise to various “spheres of darkness.”
Yet even in these states, a gradual longing for light emerged, setting the stage for transformation. The material world was created as a result of this longing—offering a unique environment where free will could be exercised in choosing a return to God.
The lecture emphasizes that God does not eliminate evil by force, as doing so would violate divine law and free will. Instead, evolution unfolds through individual choice, growth, and self-awareness.
Human life represents a crucial turning point, where consciousness allows for deliberate change and spiritual development.
It also highlights the ongoing influence of both divine and opposing forces, ensuring balance so individuals can choose freely.
Ultimately, even small steps toward truth and self-improvement contribute to a greater collective movement toward healing and unity, reinforcing that no sincere effort is ever lost.
